Participaron representantes del Hotel Meli\u00e1, Restaurante Aqva, Pristine Camps, El Quincho del T\u00edo Querido, Hotel Loi Suites, Overo Lodge y Hotel Saint George.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La competencia gir\u00f3 en torno a platos tradicionales con fuerte identidad regional, donde se evaluaron aspectos como la presentaci\u00f3n, t\u00e9cnica, sabor y el uso de productos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el jurado consagr\u00f3 como ganador al equipo de Aqva Restaurant, que fue elegido para representar a la ciudad en la gran final nacional del certamen, que se desarrollar\u00e1 en el mes de agosto en La Rural, Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrevista con: Cristian Sosa, Fernando Barbudez (Ganadores) y Leopoldo Lucas (Pdte.
